Mr. Z and Ribcage: Dabbling in Science by ODDITYILLUSTRATION Mr. Z and Ribcage: Dabbling in Science by ODDITYILLUSTRATION
Here is another one from my new sketchbook!  My two favorite boys, Mr. Z and Ribcage, hitting the books again and dabbling in science. They're always getting into messes.  I wonder what will come of tonight? Hope you enjoy :)

edit: upped the contrast

Have you considered inking it digitally or turning it into a mini comic? I think it'd be a great hit! something like ~Rimfrost check her stuff out especially her older stuff might give you some inspiration

I will check her out! Unfortunately when it comes to digital art, I am useless :(. I haven't really done anything digitally except adjust contrast

I don't even know what I would need. I have photoshop but I don't have a pen tablet or anything like that.

I'm trying to recall where the style is from, but I do enjoy it.

There were two things that caught my eye in a weird way. The first was how blocky the moons are (window and rug). I wouldn't have even thought of it, but most of the other circular objects are all much smoother. The other thing that caught my eye was the shading of the clothes. There appears to be some nice stitching detail in the hood, but the erratic shading around the details makes it hard to discern them from the rest.

On the positive end of things, I adore that you've gone for translucent/transparent fluids in the bottles. It gives the whole thing more depth. I also love the detail on the lizard, feathers and tree. Can't really say why, but the detail is very eye-catching.
